Following our Dry flower project, we still want to reflect the stories of the community. Since we build Clay homestay and have pottery workshop, we are looking into the pottery of a Chiang Mai community, specifically Muang Kung Village. We discovered that the younger generation in this community has lost interest in pottery due to marketing price war requiring large quantities to be produced at low prices.

     We aim to create an installation art that reimagines the beauty of the traditional and outdated, making it more contemporary. This’s to allow the audience to see the significance of the local civilization and craftsmanship of previous generations, fostering the preservation of culture while ensuring it coexists with modern times.
